ABOUT THE CLINIC

This 2 day clinic will focus on rider biomechanics and functional movement patterns of the horse. You will learn the importance of functional posture as applied to riding and how to achieve it. The unique small group format ensures focused individualized attention for all riders. No more than 3 participants will be working with Katrina at a time. This ensures plenty of individualized attention and will allow you to get the most out of your clinic experience!

participants will select a specific timeslot to participate and will share that time with 2 other individuals. That timeslot will be for both Friday and Saturday ( i.e. if you select 11:30am, you will participate at 11:30am both Friday and Saturday)
participants are encouraged to audit all of the other participants as well. There is so much to learn from watching others!

$250 per person for both days
$150 Non-refundable deposit required to reserve you spot, balance is due at or before the start of the clinic. Deposit is transferrable with at least 48 hours notice.
To register, you will select the time that you would like to participate and purchase that ticket. For the clinic, that time will apply to both days.

Friday

Position/observing the horse's static and dynamic posture
how to look for correct posture
how to ask for changes in posture
how neck posture affects the horse

Saturday

Expand on concepts from Friday as related to obstacles/trail riding
Introduce some obstacles, both natural and arena/show
reinforce concepts learned

Special topics including la Garrocha, Working Equitation, Californio bridle horses, dressage, or anything else!
One-on-One or semi-private (max 2 participants) available
1 hour blocks LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE
$100/private, $75 per person for semi-private
To register, you will select the time that you would like to participate and purchase that ticket. Lessons are 50% refundable or 100% transferrable with at least 48 hours notice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Auditors welcome-$25/day. Can be paid online prior to the clinic or in person the day of.
If you wish to ride with specific persons, make sure you all purchase tickets for the same timeslot.
BBQ Saturday night from 5:30pm - 8:30pm! Please bring a side or dessert to share
VERY limited boarding available on site for $20/night. Please bring your own feed and clean your stall. - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION AND TO RESERVE A SPOT
Dry camping available on site (no hookups available) at no charge
